Netgear ProSecure UTM25

hallo,

wir haben seit 2 monaten die o.g. firewall im einsatz und dazu habe ich 2 fragen

1. wie gelangt man an des 3 jahr service paket? wir haben dazu in den unterlagen nichts gefunden
2. hat jemand erfahrungen mit dem gerät oder der serie. wir sind mit der stabilität der firewall und insbesondere der vpn-funktionalität sehr unzufrieden. teilweise müssen wir mehrmehs am tag neustarten, da tunnel nicht mehr reagieren.

Netgear hat alle Produkte der Prosecure Reihe eingestellt.

Subskriptionen kann man meines Wissens nur noch bis Laufzeit max Ende 2015 erwerben, danach sind die Produkte tot bzw.
bekommen keinerlei Signatur Updates mehr

also am besten zurück zum händler?

Die Serviepacks kannst Du bei jedem Prosecure Händler erwerben...muss Dir nur klar sein das auch wenn Du ein 3 Jahres Paket kaufen solltest das Ganze nur bis 31.12.2016 läuft

Wir haben das Service-Paket für 3 Jahre beim Kauf des Produktes dabei. allerdings haben wir keine idee, wir wir es aktivieren können. nach einem monat war schluß mit service.

Du musst Dich auf dem Gerät / der Konsole einloggen, da ist dann irgendwo ein Feld wo man den Licence Key eingibt, danach ist es aktiviert

Before activating the license, ensure that the ProSecure product is connected to the internet. Refer to the product reference manual if you require assistance with configuring your internet connection.

To activate the license:
Log on to the web interface of the product
Go to Support -> Registration - Enter the customer/reseller information and press Register (it is not necessary to enter a license key in this case)
A message will confirm if registration is successful
