Ein Arbeitgeber kann seinen Arbeitnehmern die private Internetnutzung am Arbeitsplatz verbieten, aber daraus folgt keineswegs, dass er private Mails lesen oder kontrollieren darf, welche Internetseiten besucht werden. Ein Arbeitnehmer hat diesbezüglich ein Recht auf den Schutz seiner Privatsphäre, und zwar selbst dann, wenn er sich bei der Arbeit pflichtwidrig verhält.

VERY EASY !!!!
ok so what you do is go to start,
then go to control panel,
then go to internet options,
then go into the security tab,
then you'll see a red circle with a slash like in it that will say restricted sites,
go into it,
then go down to the right side and you will see sites,
click on the that tab,
then go to under where it says " Add websie to this zone" and put in www.youtube.com,
then press enter,
and your done !
If you have vista look into parental control,
go to "create new user account",
the enter a name,
press on block some websites,
then go to where it says allow some website and block some websites,
then press on the little choice thingy next to where i says allow or block only websites on the list,
then go to edit the allow and block list,
then enter the sites u allow and don't allow,

Geez, give the kid a break. I'm sure he just wandered on YouTube and "How to make your own Meth" just came up randomly and he just started watching it.

lol but blocking YouTube is a bit extreme.
