Plötzlich kein Windows-Update mehr möglich

Hallo,

an meinem Notebook ist plötzlich kein Windows-Update mehr möglich. Es handelt sich um WIN7 Prof. 64.

Beim Juli-Patchday lief noch alles einwandfrei. Als ich gestern aus dem Urlaub zurück kam und die Updates für August installieren wollte funktionierte es plötzlich nicht mehr.

Es wird stundenlang nach Updates gesucht, aber es werden keine angezeigt, der Balken der Suche läuft einfach immer weiter und findet nichts.

An meinem System hab ich seit Juli absolut nichts verändert.

Vergeblich habe ich bereits folgendes versucht:

- Fixit-Tool von MS durchlaufen lassen um ein eventuell defektes Windows-Update zu reparieren
- per True-Image ein Image zurück installiert (auf dem Stand des Images funktionierte ganz sicher noch alles einwandfrei)
- Versuchsweise die Festplatte formatiert und Windows 7 neu installiert (ohne jegliche Sicherheitssoftware)
- Andere DNS-Server an der FritzBox eingestellt
- Gastnetz der FritzBox versuchsweise genutzt.

Internetzugriff besteht über eine FritzBox 7490 mit Fritz OS 6.30 per Wlan. Natürlich handelt es sich auch um eine originale Windows-Version die aktiviert ist.

Ich bin nun wirklich mit meinem Latein am Ende - habt Ihr irgendwelche Tipps was ich noch versuchen könnte? Was mich daran auch absolut irritiert ist, dass es selbst nach einer Neuinstallation nicht funktioniert.

Wundern tuts mich nicht, meine alten Windows 7 Büchsen laufen beide gerade auf 100% CPU Last bei der Suche nach Updates.

Angeblich läge das daran , dass mittlerweile zuviele Patches für Windows 7 vorliegen könnten.

Aber Deine Büchse war ja eine saubere Installation.

Lass mal automatische Updates einfach aktiv...

Vielleicht braucht Windows Update selbst ein Update...

Die Zeit am Rechner stimmt ja hoffentlich
 
Ja, die Zeit stimmt.

Ich habe es schon die ganze Nacht durchlaufen lassen, daran kann es also auch nicht liegen denke ich mal...
 
Das hatte ich vergessen zu erwähnen, das Winfuture-Update-Pack hatte ich auch schon versuchsweise installiert. Allerdings sollte das Windows-Update danach dann ja bei einer Suche irgendwann anzeigen, dass keine Updates zur Verfügung stehen, aber wie gesagt läuft auch dann der Balken der Suche stundenlang weiter.

Es gibt auf der Lenovo Website für mein Notebook auch keine aktuelleren Treiber die ich Installieren könnte.
 
einfach mal die logs befragen.
die gibts ja schließlich nicht nur zum zumüllen der platte, nein sie sind auch sinnvoll.

c:\windows\windowsupdate.log
 
Das wäre eine Möglichkeit, allerdings sagen mir persönlich die Logs gar nichts.

Soll ich die hier vielleicht einmal hochladen damit mal jemand drüber schaut der sich damit auskennt? Falls ja - was wird da alles genau benötigt?

Du hast also ein komplett nacktes Windows 7 mit SP1 und allen Updates (Update Pack) installiert, und Windows Update findet trotzdem keine Updates und läuft in der Dauerschleife ?! Funktioniert den der Internetzugang ansonsten tadellos, ich meine nicht langsam oder träge ?!

Ist der Windows Update Dienst in der Verwaltung auch aktiv ?!

Ist auch Dein WLAN Adapter im Geräte Manager einwandfrei installiert und taucht in den Netzwerkverbingungen auf ?



Hast Du ein Firmware Update der FritzBox gemacht, und seitdem geht es nicht ?! FritzBox mal neu gestartet ?

Eventuell stimmt etwas mit dem Heimnetzwerk nicht.

Deaktivier mal vorübergehend die Windows Firewall, und teste dann ob es geht.

Sind nur ein paar Versuche. Ich vermute, das es nicht selber an Windows liegt, da Du ja alles neu gemacht hast. Aber wer weiss...

Wenn das von Hanne nicht funzt, würde ich auch die Chipsatz und Netzwerk Treiber updaten...
aber es kann natürlich auch sein das irgendwo im Netz blockiert wird, ausser WiFi auch mit Ethernet Kabel testen...

Die Inhalte habe ich mal gelöscht und neu gestartet. Jetzt lasse ich ihn nochmal eine zeit lang suchen, befürchte aber das es das gleiche sein wird, denn wie gesagt hat es ja auch bei einer Neuinstallation nicht funktioniert.

@BadBigBen: Wie schon gesagt gibt es keine Treiber-Updates.

@mirovb: Genau, ein komplett nacktes Windows neu installiert und das Update Pack drauf. Tatsächlich wurde durch meinen Provider Ende Juli ein Firmwareupdate für die FritzBox installiert (von Fritz OS 6.20 auf 6.30). Die FritzBox hatte ich danach allerdings auch schon auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt und händisch alles neu eingerichtet. Windows Firewall deaktivieren hilft nicht. Der Wlan-Adapter ist korrekt eingerichtet und auch ansonsten funktioniert der Internetzugng einwandfrei und ohne Einschränkungen.

du bist nicht allein mit dem Problem. Auch ich hab heute nach über 2 Wochen meinen Win 7 Rechner gestartet und es wird endlos nach Updates gesucht, Prozessorauslastung liegt zwischen 50 und 70 %. Sowas hatte ich auch noch nie, dass selbst nach einer dreiviertel Stunde keine Rückmeldung kommt und weiter nach Updates gesucht wird.

Die Prozessorlast ist bei mir auch so hoch.
 
Ja gab es, aber das hatte ich schon Mitte Juli installiert und keine Probleme gehabt mit Windowsupdates. Hab grad meinen Laptop mit Win 8.1 hochgefahren und da wurde ohne Probleme nach Updates gesucht und beendet. Keine Ahnung warum es bei Win 7 spinnt.
 
Das ist wirklich sehr merkwürdig - will uns MS unbedingt in Richtung WIN 10 drängen? ;-)

Ich werde ihn jetzt noch mal etwas suchen lassen und versuche dann mal die Verbindung per Kabel um Wlan-Probleme endgültig auszuschließen.
 
Honesty333, bitte auch mal mit Ethernet Kabel direkt an der FB angeschlossen testen.
Habe gestern Abend keinerlei Probleme mit Windows Updates gehabt. Werde aber nochmal heut Mittag testen, an meiner Win7 installation an einer FB...
