Internet Explorer Meldung

Hallo
ich habe folgendes problem wenn ich ins internet will kommt bei meinem iexplorer (internet explorer) folgende meldung:

bitte helft mir so schnell es geht!!!!

Mach erstmal schleunigst nen Virenscan und lass Adaware durchlaufen. Das sieht mir ziemlich nach einem Virus oder etwas Ähnlichem aus.

Lad dir mal ein AntispywareProgramm runter und lass es mal durchlaufen.

Spyware und so ist immer so ne Sache, wenn das System mal korruptiert ist, kann man ihm einfach nichtmehr trauen (sprich onlinebanking, E-Mails...)
Daten sichern, Neuinstallation, dann Virenscanner drauf und dein Backup testen

Ist so eh weniger Arbeitsaufwand und du hast wieder ein schnelles, schlankes System

kommt das bei jeder seite, die du aufrufst? oder nur bei der startseite (welche)? die angaben, die da gemacht werden sind nicht so besorgniserregend, das macht ein bißchen javascript schon. mach mal ne datenträgerbereinigung und kuck mal nach viren und würmern & co und poste das log vom hijackthis mal.
