According to Level505, the ATI R600 specifications are as follows:

The site tested the ATI R600 against the Radeon X1950 XTX, GeForce 8800 GTX and GeForce 7950 GX2. Game tests were done in 1600x1200, 4xAA, 16xAF. Most benchmarks have the R600 beating out the GeForce 8800 GTX. The only times the R600 lost were in the FEAR (4.8% vs 1950 XTX Crossfire), Call of Duty 2 (0.2% vs 1950 XTX Crossfire) and Battlefield 2 (0.98% vs 8800 GTX).
