Optionales Windows Update - nvidia

Das hier bekomme ich als optionales Update angezeigt. Allerdings habe ich bereits Treiber Version 197.45 also die neueste. Was will das Update installieren? Ich habe Win 7 Pro 64 Bit. Danke schonmal im Vorraus.

Denn lass das Update doch links liegen wenn du eh schon nen aktuelleren Treiber drauf hast.

Klick auf auf das Update(auf die Schrift 1 optionales Update) und mit Rechtsklick auf "Update ausblenden" und fertig.
