takeMS DDR400 256MB

Mit den DDR400 Modulen von takeMS, der Eigenmarke von MemorySolutions, erreichte uns ein reinrassiges "Made in Germany"-Produkt. Die Speicherchips kommen aus Deutschland, die Speicherplatine wurde hierzulande entwickelt und mit Speicherchips bestückt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei die Platine, auf der die Speicherchips ein wirklich ansprechendes zu Hause gefunden haben, welches sich vom Aufbau stark von der Konkurrenz unterscheidet. Sehr ansprechend ist hierbei der goldene "Made in Germany"-Aufdruck auf der Rückseite der Single Sided Module.

takeMS DDR400

Das SPD der takeMS Riegel identifiziert den Arbeitsspeicher als DDR400A Speicher, welcher stabil mit den Timings 2.5-3-3-8 betrieben werden kann. Man mutet den Modulen also einiges zu. Doch wieviel Power haben die Module wirklich?

Schnelle Timings bei DDR400 und einen hohen Maximaltakt von 240 MHz zeichnen die in Deutschland gefertigten 256MB Module aus dem Hause takeMS aus - Ergebnisse die nur einem geringen Bruchteil unseres Testfeldes möglich waren. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, dass die schnellen Timings 2.0-2-3-5 nur bei DDR400 möglich waren, darüber hinaus wollte das System selbst bei erhöhter Spannung nicht einmal booten.

Alles in allem begnügten sich die Module mit Spannungen, die noch als ungefährlich einzustufen sind. Beim Höchsttakt von 240 MHz war nur noch mit langsamen Timings ein stabiles Arbeiten möglich.
