HP Akku Probleme, lädt nicht

Hallo.
Ich habe einen HP Pavilion g6 Laptop mit Win7 drauf. Der dürfte mittlerweile 2 1/2 Jahre alt sein. Ich kenne mich nur bedingt mit Technik aus. Nun habe ich seit einiger Zeit folgendes Problem: Der Akku ist drin, aber leer. Ladekabel steckt und meine Anzeige sagt mir: Netzbetrieb, Akku wird nicht aufgeladen. Ich hatte noch ein Ersatzladekabel. Aber auch mit diesem ließ sich mein Akku nicht laden. Ich habe dann schon in vielen Foren gelesen, dass der Akku kaputt sein könnte. Nun habe ich mir einen neuen Akku gekauft aber auch damit gehts nicht. Jetzt weiß ich nicht was ich noch machen soll.
Woran könnte es denn liegen?
Liegt es an der Software (hab ich auch in einigen Foren gelesen, nur mit anderen Laptops)? Oder ist es vielleicht die Verbindung von Kabel zu Akku die hin ist? Ist es jetzt voll Schrott und ich brauch n ganz neuen Laptop?

Ich hoffe auf hilfreiche Antworten :)

Schrott ist dein Laptop - solange er noch funktioniert - nicht.
Es schau mal, ob evtl. ein Kontakt im Laptop verbogen ist - wenn du den Akku raus nimmst, im Laptop drin.
An sonsten könnte es noch sein, dass evtl. ein Bauteil durchgebrannt ist.

Sofern dein Laptop eine Status-LED hat, die leuchtet, wenn der Akku geladen wird; schau mal nach, ob diese auch leuchtet, wenn der Laptop aus ist, aber noch am Strom hängt.
Du kannst auch mal nachschauen, ob es im Bios einen Info zum Akku gibt.
 
Nimm mal den Akku raus und starte den Rechner mit Netzteil. Funktioniert das (stabil)?
Ruckel auch mal am Kabel, wenn der Laptop an, aber keine Batterie drin ist. Geht der Laptop aus?

Hast du einen Originalakku besorgt oder einen Nachbau? Welche Marke?
 
Ich weiß nur von tiefentladenen Akkus, daß sie dieses Verhalten zeigen. Bei mir half dann folgendes:

Ich habe den Akkus ausgebaut und das System im Netzbetrieb hochgefahren. Anschließend fuhr ich es wieder herunter und baute den Akku wieder ein. Offenbar vergaß das System dann den seltsamen Status des Akkus, und nach dem nächsten Hochfahren wurde er wieder ganz normal aufgeladen.

Ich weiß aber nicht ob das Zufall war oder ob da ein System dahinter steckt...?

Soweit ich sehen konnte, ist da nichts verbogen. Und ich hab da neben dem Loch fürs Kabel eine Leuchte. Die leuchtet weiß, wenn der Akku raus ist und rot wenn er drin ist. Egal ob an oder aus. Und ich war im BIOS aber damit kenn ich mich gar nicht aus. Hab da nach dem Akku gesucht aber nichts gefunden

Hab den Akku rausgenommen und am Kabel gewackelt. Lief alles super. Und ja hab n Originalen gekauft. Hab schlechte Erfahrungen bei anderen Sachen gemacht mit nachgemachten :)

€dit: Welches G6-Modell hast du eigentlich genau? Steht auf dem Boden des Rechners auf dem Typenschild.

Kannst du mal den Vorschlag aus dem HP-Forum versuchen?
