Probleme unter VMWare Workstation mit den VMWare Tools

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe irgendwie ein Problem mit den VMWare Tools unter VMWare Workstation und zwar folgendes: Das Guest System passt sich nicht mehr automatisch der Fenstergröße des Host Systems an.

Nach einer frischen Installation von z.B. OpenSUSE funktioniert alles ohne Probleme, nach einem Neustart oder einem späteren wieder starten der VM funktioniert die gesagte Funktion nicht mehr und es erscheint immer nach jedem Start ich soll die VMWare Tools updaten...

Auch nach dem updaten der VMWare Tools besteht weiterhin das Problem und er will immer wieder die VMWare Tools updaten... auch im Menü unter "VM" steht immer nur noch "Update VMWare Tools..." und das ganze beginnt wieder von vorne

und unter "View" ist "Fit Guest Now" ausgegraut und kann nicht betätigt werden.

Irgendwie bin ich mit meinem Latein am Ende und hoffe das von euch einer Idee oder einen Ansatz des Problems hat. Ansonsten wird mir nichts anderes übrig bleiben und vielleicht auf VirtualBox oder eine anderer Alternative umzusteigen.

Ausgabe von (wenn es NICHT funktioniert und das System grade neu gestartet ist) lsmod, dmesg und den Inhalt von Xorg.0.log uns mitteilen.

Aus irgendeinem Grund werden eben die Kernelmodule, Xorg Treiber, etc. nicht geladen. In den Log Dateien stehen die Gründe.
