How to Change the Default "Save As" Location in Internet Explorer

SYMPTOMS
When you save a file in Microsoft Internet Explorer by clicking Save As on the File menu, and you use the Windows application default location, the file will be saved to the My Documents folder. To save it in a different location, you must navigate to the desired file or folder.
WORKAROUND
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
For information about how to edit the registry, view the "Changing Keys and Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) or the "Add and Delete Information in the Registry" and "Edit Registry Data" Help topics in Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it. If you are running Windows NT or Windows 2000, you should also update your Emergency Repair Disk (ERD).
To change the default folder to which Internet Explorer will save items, you must change the value for Personal in the following registry keys to specify the new location:
HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
STATUS
This behavior is by design.

The first time your try to save a file to the new location, it may still save the file to the default location, of My Documents. After saving the file, the correct location should appear the next time you save a file in Internet Explorer.

Ich verwende I.E.5.5, habe Windows 98 SE installiert und möchte den beim Bilder speichern im I.E. standardmäßig erscheinenden Ordner "Eigene Bilder" ändern.
Habe nun zu diesem Punkt (HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders) eine Frage:
Nachdem ich mich durchgeklickt habe,erscheint u.a. My Pictures. Zweimal klick darauf - kommt Zeichenfolge bearbeiten. Ich nehme an, daß ich bei "C:\Eigene Dateien\Eigene Bilder" eine Änderung durchführe in : C:\Internetbilderdepot. (so heißt mein Ordner und er liegt direkt auf C).
Aber bei Punkt (HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders) bin ich absolut nicht sicher wie ich vorgehen muß. Soll ich bei der letzte Eintragung "Personal C:\Eigene Dateien das "Eigene Dateien" entfernen und nur mehr "C:\" stehen lassen ? Oder liege ich da ganz falsch ?
Gibt es eine einfachere, bessere Möglichkeit?
Vielleicht gibt es einen Registryspezialisten der gewillt ist mir zu helfen !
