nun reiche ich die Changelog nach:

BIOS ID: 2.3 for NF7 2.0
Please use AWDFLASH 8.23D or later to update NF7 series BIOS. With incorrect AWDFLASH version, the GUID will be erased, and leads to IEEE1394 peer to peer function failed. AWDFLASH 8.23K is included in this BIOS package.
Update SATA BIOS to v4.2.47 (FOR NF7-S ONLY).
Add an option to enhanced USB 2.0 device compatibility. User may set the option to "enabled" in "Integrated Peripherals / OnChip PCI Device / USB 2.0 Device Compatible".
Add auto shutdown function while CCMOS jumper is placed at PIN 2-3. The correct setting is placed at PIN 1-2; the CPU core voltage will be abnormally high if placed at PIN 2-3, system will shut down automatically to protect CPU from damage.
Fixed the issue that SATA HDD boot up fail without PS/2 Mouse.
Hidden "SATA ROM BIOS" function on NF7.
Change the default year to 2004.

Tja, es bleibt wohl beim neuen S-ATA Bios und den kleinen Bugfixes - bei mir haben sich die OC Eigenschaften nicht im geringsten verändert -> wer schon 2.2 drauf hat, sollte unbedingt flashen - wer eine ältere Version und/oder kein S-ATA Controller benutzt, kanns sich sparen
