Void Pro RGB Wireless - "Kein Gerät angeschlossen" (Cannot find path for manifest key)

Hallo,
seit heute zeigt mir die iCUE, dass mein Void Pro RGB Wireless nicht mehr angeschlossen ist. Bis heute morgen um 01:00 gings noch ohne Probleme. Das Gerät wird erkannt, allerdings per USB und/oder Wireless nicht als verbunden angezeigt.
Der Inhalt der Log-File im Folgenden. System ist I5 6500, WIN10 Home, RX 480 8 GB, 32GB RAM. Treiber etc. sind aktuell. Es funktioniert aber auch nicht mit alten Treibern. Verschiedene USB-Ports versucht etc. Vielleicht weiß hier jemand Rat. Der Corsair-Support ist erst morgen wieder erreichbar.

EDIT: am 2. PC findet die Corsair iCUE das Gerät nicht einmal mehr. WINDOWS hat allerdings alles erkannt und meldet Einsatzbereitschaft. Funktioniert nur leider nicht.

Nach 7 Monaten scheint wohl irgendetwas defekt zu sein.

Haste mall versucht den Treiber Restlos zu enfternen ?

Also als aller erstes das programm deinstallieren und dann wenn das gerät angeschlossen ist im gerätemaneger suchen und deinstallieren und dann gerät abziehen pc neustarten und auf dem Laufwerk nach ordnern vom Programm und Treiber suchen und löschen (aufpassen das die richtigen sind) wieder pc Neustarten und das gerät erneut mit dem Aktuellen Treiber Installieren

Selbstverständlich...
Außerdem auf 2 weiteren PCs erstmalig installiert. Selbiges Problem.Nach 7 Monaten Headset defekt, d.h. mir kommt nichts mehr von Corsair ins Haus. Sieht für mich so aus als obs ein Hardwaredefekt ist.

Hi Himbaer,

wie bei jedem technischen Produkt kann ein Defekt auftreten. Klar ist das ärgerlich, aber es kann halt mal vorkommen. Hierfür gibt es die 2 Jahre Herstellergarantie.

Du kannst natürlich auch noch folgendes probieren:

1 Headset einschalten
2 Mute-Knopf am Headset für 15 sekunden gedrückt halten bis die Beleuchtung komplett ausgeht
3 Headset wieder einschalten über den Power-Knopf
