Der ATTO Disk Benchmark misst wie der Wechseldatenträgertest in Sandra die sequenzielle Schreib- und Leseleistung für verschiedene Dateigrößen. Wir haben die Werte für Dateigrößen zwischen 512 Byte und einem Megabyte gemessen.

Bei den Leseraten ist abermals ein klarer Sieg für Intel zu verbuchen. Solange die Transferraten ein gewisses Level nicht überschreiten, kann sich die Velociraptor auf dem zweiten Platz halten, wird dann jedoch von G.Skill und Transcend auf Grund der größeren Reserven auf den letzten Platz verdrängt.

Beim Schreiben lässt sich ein munteres Wechselspiel beobachten. Anfangs liegen noch Intel und Western Digital vorne. Mit zunehmender Dateigröße nehmen jedoch auch die Transferraten zu und dort stoßen Intel und WD schlicht früher an ihre Grenzen als G.Skill und Transcend, so dass sie sukzessive auf den vierten und dritten Platz abrutschen.
