kann mir jemand sagen, an wen ich mich wenden muss, um den missbrauch meiner email-adresse anzuzeigen?

second, it gets much worse. Email can be sent that has not only a bogus alias, but a bogus e-mail address as well, a common ploy in sending attachments containing viruses, worms and the like. Suppose you get a security bulletin from "microsoft.com", and you are tempted to open the attachment. You know you are not supposed to open attachments from Microsoft, because they never send attachments. Curious anyway? In Microsoft Outlook express and other email programs, the properties of the email can be examined much like the source code of a web page by right-clicking on the e-mail header (without opening it), click on Properties, Details, then Message Source. If you find that the Return-Path is from someone other than Microsoft (for example) then the message is not from Microsoft, but is from the outfit listed in the Return-Path. Here is an example of an actual virus's transmission path:

Mehr kannst du nicht machen. Aber der Fall wird vermutlich in der versenkung verschwinden und kein Polizist wird sich drum kümmern.
Aber Anzeigen würd ich es auf jeden Fall, denn sonst kannst theoretisch sogar noch du wegen Spams belangt werden ...
