Mozilla Firefox ist ein einfach zu bedienender und mit nützlichen Funktionen ausgestatteter Open Source-Browser. Die integrierte Suchleiste ermöglicht ein Durchsuchen von Websites, per Tabbed Browsing lassen sich mehrere Websites in einem Browser-Fenster betrachten, nervige Popups werden geblockt und über ein Eingabefeld rechts neben der Adressleiste lassen sich ohne Umweg Suchanfragen an Google, Wikipedia oder andere Webseiten stellen.

Auch die Integration der ComputerBase-Suche in Firefox ist problemlos möglich. Die ideale Ergänzung zu Firefox stellt der E-Mail-Client Mozilla Thunderbird dar.
