Verbindung erstellen->Cannot load Remote Access..

Aloha,

ich habe mit 2 Windows 7 Installationen folgendes Problem: Wenn ich eine Verbindung starten/erstellen möchte, erscheint die Fehlermeldung "Cannot load the Remote Access Connection Manager". Error 711: Operation could not finish.. could not start the service in time".

Wenn ich den service per Hand starten möchte, im service manager, kommt die Meldung: "Could not start service. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start".
Unter "dependencies" taucht neben Telephony der "Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service auf". Wenn ich diesen per Hand starte -> ".. started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs".

Was kann ich tun?

Lt. Microsoft KB folgendes:

Aktivieren Sie die deaktivierten Dienste und starten Sie sie anschließend neu, um dieses Problem zu beheben:

1. Klicken Sie auf Start, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf Arbeitsplatz, und klicken Sie anschließend auf Verwalten.
2. Doppelklicken Sie auf Dienste und Anwendungen und anschließend auf Dienste.
3. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf Telefonie. Klicken Sie anschließend auf Eigenschaften.
4. Klicken Sie auf der Registerkarte Allgemein neben Starttyp auf Manuell.
5. Klicken Sie auf der Registerkarte Allgemein unter Dienststatus auf Starten und anschließend auf OK.
6. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 3 - 5 für die RAS-Verbindungsverwaltung und die Verwaltung für automatische RAS-Verbindung.

Die Dienste sind allerdings alle nicht deaktiviert.

Selbst das Starten per cmd console bringt keinen Erfolg:

C:\Users\Argo>net start sstpsvc
The Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service service is starting.
The Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.

anschließend:

Hab grad 3 Loesungvorschlaege:
Die ersten zwei gehen uebers Registry..

Simply open Regedit, browse to the following key:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Service\RasMan

Export this key to your pc (just in case it doesn't work)

Click on the Value DependOnService

Remove the SstpSvc entry.

Reboot..

3. Save the file to Desktop with name sstpsvc.reg.
4. Run the file sstpsvc.reg. It will prompt that the Registry will be changed. Please allow it to modify.

Der eine meint noch als dritter Weg:

Never mind, I fixed it by restoring permissions with Subinacl.

Er meint damit anscheinend die NTFS Dateirechte,die wie folgt zurueckgesetzt werden koennen:

Reset Permission

1. Please download the subinacl.msi file from the following link and save the installation patch on the Desktop:

SubInACL (SubInACL.exe)

2. Please go to the Desktop and double click the downloaded file.

3. Please select the C:\Windows\System32 folder as the Destination Folder during the installation. Later we will use this tool to reset the permission settings on the current machine.

Note: If UAC (User Account Control) window is prompted for permission to continue, please click "Continue".

4. Click "Start". In the Start Search bar, type: "notepad" (without quotes) and press Enter.

5. Copy the following commands and then paste them into the opened Notepad window:

NOTE: It may take several minutes. When it is finished, you will be prompted with the message: "Finished, press any key to continue".

The steps are verified under Windows Vista. They should be fit for Windows 7.

Also bei mir konnte ich mit der Batch-Datei leider keine rechte korrigieren.
In der Konsole stand dauernd "no access"...

Nun ja, ich danke dir trotzdem für deine Bemühungen. Ganz so tragisch ist es ja nicht, da ich sowieso die Final von Win7 bald aufsetzen werde.
