TOR alpha exit nodes - performance

Hallo

ich habe die TOR Aplha laufen und schaffe es nicht, dass ich Exit Nodes berücksichtigt bekomme.
Mein Wunsch ist es, dass ich nur in den USA 'herauskomme'.
Es gab mal ein Programm, welches Browser und TOR vereinigte aber nicht mit dem Ziel auf max. Sicherheit, sondern max Schnelligkeit. Daher war die Sicherheit herabgesetzt.
Wüsste wer für beide Wünsche die Einstellungen?
