Ga-p55-ud3 + gskill f3-12800cl9d

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit ca. 3 Wochen ein neues System:

OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel i5
Mobo: Gigabyte P55-UD3
Ram: GSKILL F3-12800CL9D (Timings 9 9 9 24 und 1,5V im Bios)
Netzteil: beQuiet L7 530W

seit einer Woche hab ich nun öfters Bluescreens, öfters Abstürze des Explorers, Games und besonders oft Firefox.
Jetzt frag ich mich ob der Ram oder das Mobo den Geist aufgibt.
Wenn ich einzeln den Ram auf Dimmbank 2 und 4 einstecke zeigt Memtest mir keine Fehler an, nutze ich aber Dualchannel auf Dimmbank 2 und 4, so zeigt Memtest mir bis ca 110% 15 Fehler an.
Ist es richtig, das die 2 Rams auf Dimmbank 1 und 3 nicht laufen können von Haus aus? Ich wollte das mal testen ob er auch auf anderen Dimmbänken Fehler aufweist, aber da funktioniert ja erst gar nichts, d.h beim PC anmachen ständiges piepsen. Also demnach ist der Ram ja nur Dualchannel tauglich oder irre ich mich?

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, bin grad ziemlich am verzweifeln.. neues System und dann komischerweise seit einer Woche instabil..

Versuche mal den VTT leicht anzuheben, das bringt es manchmal, oder ein Biosupdate.

Ram scheint defekt zu sein, werde den mal einschicken.
