Portfreigabe über T-Mobile Surfstick

Abend zusammen,

Ich habe an meinem Netbook (Win XP) die T-Mobile UMTS-Verbindung freigegeben und über LAN einen PC angeschlossen. Internet am PC funktioniert. Nun will ich vom Netbook den Port 80 zum PC forwarden, um über http vom Internet aus darauf zuzugreifen. Die Einstellungen des Sticks habe ich geändert auf APN = internet.t-d1.de, sodass er eine öffentliche IP erhält (im Moment 80.187.89.xxx). Vom Netbook komm ich auf den PC, also der 80er Port ist am PC offen. Software-Firewall am Netbook ist aus und bei den Einstellungen, wo man im XP die Verbindung freigibt, habe ich bei den Diensten "Webserver http" zur IP des PC aktiviert.
Ich weiß nicht, was ich sonst noch tun könnte?!?!

Wenn ich mit Nmap die IP des Netbooks scanne, zeigt er mir auch keinen offenen Port an.

Also ich hab noch ein bisschen probiert:
Direkt am Netbook funktionieren Apache http Server und auch ftp Server.
Doch am PC weder noch.

Gibts da irgendwo noch was zum Einstellen?
