Was ist das für eine Schaltflächen Info?

Moin Leute
Ich bekomme manchmal bei Win11 so Quickinfo, unpassend über der Schaltfläche.
Ich habe mal ein Beispielfoto.
Glaube das Problem habe ich nicht alleine.

Ich brauche Hilfe von euch, um solche nervige Informationen zu deaktivieren.
Ach ja unter Google habe ich nix gefunden.

Das ist einfach der MouseOver-Text des Feldes mit den 3 Punkten...
Deaktivieren kann man den vermutlich nicht.

Wenn du da "weitere Info" anklickst, bekommst du eine Auswahl angezeigt.

Nennt sich Tooltip.
