Jetzt ist die frage welches Bord davon besser ist dafür !

Das Gigabyte hat 2 16x Slots, während MSI einer nur mit 8x angebunden ist, was logischerweise langsamer ist.

Wie kommst du eigentlich zu den beiden Boards? Ich empehle eins davon zu verkaufen, genauso wie die beiden Grafikkarten, und dafür eine moderne Karte (z.b. HD4670, ab 60€, oder gebrauchte HD3870) anzuschaffen. Für 90€ gibts dann auch schon ne 9800GT oder besser HD4830, die nochmal flotter ist.

Ja, die Leistung von zwei 8600GTS im Verbunde ist nicht gerade berauschend. Verkauf lieber beide und leg dir eine günstige Single-Karte zu. Wenn es etwas mehr sein darf, dann ist auch die HD4850 für ca. 130 Euro empfehlenswert.
Vorziehen würde ich von den technischen Daten her das Gigabyte, da es 2 PCIe x16-Lanes bietet und somit eine bessere Perfomance bietet, sollte man doch noch auf SLI aufrüsten wollen.
