Moin,
hab mein Problem schon einmal im Thinkpad-Subreddit gepostet:

Hi,
so I'm generally quite hesitant to post things like this, but this one's freaking me out:
I've been a huge fan of any kind of Thinkpads basically since I can remember. My dad always used them for work and especially their low noise level and durabilty fascinated me, so naturally I wanted one just for myself. When I started studying science a few years back I finally said to myself: Now you can justify spending 1200€ on a Laptop whose sole purpose is to actually be productive with it (never really needed it before so I always thought it's not worth it). Half a year back I bought this little gem in some special student's offer. (Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2015, factory new)
Now that I have one I have to say I'm a little disappointed. 1200€ is alot money for a notebook so I expected it to be perfect. There definitely are a few things I could complain about but I was aware of most of them in advance. There is only one thing I can't get over: After half a year of (actually not that intensive) usage the battery wear level climbed up to 13% and is steadily growing to this day even though I always treated the battery like a princess. Trying to "recalibrate" (fully charging and blabla) battery from time to time or reinstalling windows or various linux distros rather made it worse than better and I'm getting desperate. I'm very picky about electronics as you may have guessed.
You got any advice for me? Anything from psychological tips to fucking get over my first world problems to actual help concerning the battery itself would be helpful.
Thanks for playing my emotional support!

Hoffe ich bekomme hier auch irgendeine Form von Input, nach jetzigem Stand werde ich mich wohl einfach dezent bei Lenovo selbst beschweren.
Grüße
