läuft vsync mit bis zu 120 FPS auf 120Hz TFTs?

kann ich Spiele mit aktiviertem vsync wirklich mit bis zu 120FPS auf nem 120Hz TFT zocken?

klar das die Grafikkarte die Fps auch bringen muss.
