Hallo,
es ist nicht möglich im Outlook ein Standardformat zu wählen. Die Dropdownbox ist ausgegraut und es kann kein anderes Format selektiert werden. So muss jedes mal beim erstellen einer Nachricht das Format händisch geändert werden.

OS ist Windows XP SP2, Client ist Outlook 2003 SP3.
Hat hier noch jemand Ideen?
