Popup Nachrichten auf Motorola Android 12

Auf dem Vorschau/Sperrdisplay wird mir das Symbol der App angezeigt welche mir eine NAchricht schickt.
Also z.B. Whatsapp odere Messenger.

Dort kann ich drauf klicken, dann erscheint die NAchricht.

Ich habe aber während der Arbeit das Handy im Ständer und wenn eine Message rein kommt, möchte ich gerne sehen wer mir was schrieb.. auch in Kurzform würde reichen.

Das passiert aber nicht. Nur das Symbol der App erescheint

Du willst Benachrichtigungen auf dem Sperrbildschirm, in den ganzen Screenshots steht aber nichts von Sperrbildschirm. Gibt es bei Moto und A12 eine eigene Einstellung für den Sperrbildschirm?

Ja den Vorschau Display.
Dort ist abermals meine App geblockt und es könnte alles angezeigt Werden. Aber geht nicht.

Hast du den von @cloudman geposteten Link durchgeschaut? Wenn du da ein wenig runter scrollst kommt:

Control lock screen notifications

If you've set a pattern, PIN or password, you can control which type of notifications show on your lock screen and prevent them from revealing private information.

To adjust notifications for all apps:

1. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications.
2. To hide sensitive content on your lock screen, turn Sensitive notifications off [IMG]https://help.motorola.com/hc/images/global/slider_off_12.png[/IMG].
   You’ll get lock screen notifications for an incoming email or chat, but they won’t include message details.
   For finer control, leave this on [IMG]https://help.motorola.com/hc/images/global/slider_on_2.png[/IMG] to allow details, and instead hide sensitive content from specific apps.
3. To change which notifications show on your lock screen (show all, hide notifications from apps you silenced, or hide all), touch Notifications on lock screen.

To hide sensitive content from specific apps:

1. Set lock screen notifications for all apps to Show conversations, default, and silent.
2. Touch & hold the app icon, then touch [IMG]https://help.motorola.com/hc/images/global/info_outline.png[/IMG] > Notifications.
3. Types of notifications the app sends appear here. For each enabled notification that you want to hide:
   1. Touch the name.
   2. Touch Advanced > Lock screen > Show sensitive content only when unlocked.

Aus deinen Antworten wird man nicht schlau, ob du da schon nachgeschaut hast.

Nach mehreren Email mit dem Support hat motorola das Problem erkannt.

Sie bieten an das Handy ein zu schicken oder beim Händler um zu tauschen..
