QIP Infium - PW vergessen bzw. wer kann russisch?

Hallo!

Ich habe da ein blödes Problem. Und zwar habe ich mein Login-Passwort von QIP Infium vergessen.

Diesen Login meine ich:

Leider kann man sich im QIP-Messenger kein neues Passwort zusenden lassen.

Weiß jemand, was man da machen kann?

Ich war schon auf der offiziellen QIP-Homepage. Obwohl man sich die Seite auf deutsch einstellen kann, wird die FAQ nur in russisch angezeigt

Kann vielleicht jemand russisch und mir sagen, wie man sich ein neues Passwort zusenden lassen kann?

I forgot the password and not retain it anywhere

There are two ways to obtain the password:

1. Try to use the system password reminders on the site, if you have entered your data email address and remember it.

2.Write in English in the service support (depending what is your account, or icq aim sn), your problem with a full description of your account.​

To provide such data as the approximate date of registration, attach a list of contacts who are on the server in the list of contacts in your account when you last mount, the former password, which you have successfully connected. I have a small chance that you will help.

Englisch kann ich zwar, aber bei mir funktioniert das Menü oben nicht. Egal was ich anklicke, der Inhalt bleibt leer...

Du hast wohl den Firefox installiert oder? Ich hab den IE7 (der mich mittlerweile immer mehr ankotzt, weil so viele Seiten nur noch FF-optimiert werden)
