TBird und Mailmerge: Alternativen zum De-Facto-Standard - habt ihr hier Tipps?

hallo und guten Tag Community,


auf der Suche nach guten Optionen zu TBird und Mailmerge bin ich nun schon seit mehreren Tagen am Suchen. Das Naheliegende hab ich schon mal in den Blick genommen - Groupwise und Outlook hab ich auf dem Bürorechner - allerdings eine grundständige Abneigung geben den Einsatz von MS-Programmen.

Darüber hinaus habe ich - aus Gründen der Pratikabilität auch GMail mal mit einbezogen - dort gibt es ein Mailmerge - allerdings ist dies in der leistungsfähigen Pro-Version kostenpflichtig (siehe unten). Anm. ich habe/betreibe Gmail mit eigener Adresse: vorname.nachname@mydomain.de

Also - die Frage: kann man Novel GW-Mails personalisieren - gibt es hier ggf. etwas Addons & Zubehoer!?
'Ich denke hier an Optionen, die man z.B. auch bei TB (Thunderbird) eben auch hat?!
Wenn nicht - wozu würdet ihr denn raten - ggf. dann doch zu TB!?
Freue mich auf einen Tipp von Euch!

update: ich glaub fast, dass es hier nichts wesentliches gibt: deshalb hab ich noch weiter recherchiert und bin eben wieder auf TB den guten alten Thunderbird gekommen:

here are some tips to prepare your Excel spreadsheet for a mail merge. Make sure:
Column names in your spreadsheet match the field names you want to insert in your mail merge. For example, to address readers by their first name in your document, you'll need separate columns for first and last names.
All data to be merged is present in the first sheet of your spreadsheet.
Data entries with percentages, currencies, and postal codes are correctly formatted in the spreadsheet so that Word can properly read their values. The Excel spreadsheet to be used in the mail merge is stored on your local machine.
Changes or additions to your spreadsheet are completed before it's connected to your mail merge document in Word.

- Quick to setup and does what it should do perfectly!

• An absolutely essential part of my Thunderbird installation. Straightforward to use, and extremely effective.
• Not fancy, but very flexible for customizing fields. Using the CSV option saved me hours of work. Would like to see the email preview in other than HTML though.
• I would love to be able to use variables to insert files directly into the email body.

Frage: was setzt ihr denn ein - gibt es denn hier ggf. noch Alternativen!? Freue mich von Euch zu hoeren.

Hi,
dh du möchtest email newsletter oder ähnliches versenden?

ich denke da zunächst an PHPList oder ähnliche Newsletter Software, die für den Massenversand ausgelegt ist.

Auch Kopano ließe sich ggf dazu verwenden oder auch Odoo (ehem OpenErp)

Hier gibts noch eine Übersicht von Mass-Email Tools und noch eine

Und es es gibt noch SaaS Angebote wobei vermutlich mailchimp da meine Empfehlung wäre.
