Wiedermal Probleme mit Terratec Cinergy DVB-T USB XS

Ich habe die Tage einen neuen Grafikkarten-Treiber installiert und das neue DirectX 9.0c. Seitdem findet mein TV-Stick keine Kanäle mehr

Ich habe eine NVidia GeForce 4 MX 4000 mit Treiber vom 11.08.2006. Wirklich zufrieden bin ich mit dem neuen Treiber nicht, denn seit ich den habe, flackert es im Browser so komisch. Wenn ich z.B. beim Posten gerade über den Button "PHP Code einfügen" oder einen anderen fahre, geht durch das ganze "Neues Thema erstellen"-Fenster ein kurzes Ruckeln

EDIT: Ich hab etliche Mal versucht, die TV-Karte neu zu installieren. Mit neuen und alten Treibern, mit neuer und älterer "Home Cinema"-Software. Hat aber nichts gebracht
