Winbond Chip W83667HG auf P5Q testen

Erstmal an die Admins: Sry das ich ein neues Thema aufmache aber das alte hat nichts mehr mit meiner jetzigen Frage zu tun.

So nun zu meinem Problem: Ich habe auf meinem P5Q Pro durch "rumwursteln" im PC zwei Widerstände die zum Winbond Chip W83667HG gehörten abgerissen .
Nun habe ich mehr schlecht als recht und mit viel Gefummel diese Widerstände wieder angelötet und der Pc läuft.
Da ich aber nicht weiß ob die Widerstände korrekt auf den Kontakten sitzen und ob der dazugehörige Chip voll funktionsfähig ist wollte ich fragen was dieser tut und wie man seine Funktion überprüfen kann.

W83667HG is Winbond`s LPC Interface I/O supporting hardware monitoring functions, SST (Simple Serial Transport) Interface and Intel PECI (Platform Environment Control Interface) Interface AMD TSI, CIR functions, legacy inputs / outputs devices, SPI Flash Interface and ACPI.As for the hardware monitoring functions, W83667HG could monitor several critical parameters in PC hardware. In temperature monitoring, W83667HG supports current mode (dual current source) method to increase the accuracy while measuring temperature. W83667HG supports CIR receivers and transmitters for applications like Media Home Center, Microsoft Vista operation system.Regarding the legacy inputs / outputs devices, W83667HG supports the disk drive adapter, two high-speed serial Communication ports (UARTs), one of which provides IR IrDA 1.0 (SIR for 1.152K bps) function, one PC-compatible printer port, keyboard & mouse control Interface and general purpose I/O (GPIO) ports.For the Flash Interface W83667HG provides a Serial Flash ROM Interface W83667HG fully complies with the Microsoft PC98 and PC99 Hardware Design Guide and meets the requirements of ACPI.

Ergo: ohne diesen Chip würde dein Rechner nicht laufen und partiell beschädigt würde er mit Sicherheit auch nicht laufen.

Mhh also erstmal danke für die Antwort aber mit der Hälfte der angegebenen Fachbegriffe in deinem geposteten englischen Text kann ich nichts anfangen
Und da ich das Mainboard das ich in der Zwischenzeit benutzt habe verkaufen möchte will ich zu 95% sichergehen das das reparierte auch wirklich läuft.

... installiere Speedfan und versuch mal die Lüfter zu regeln bzw. lies die Temperaturen und Spannungen aus. Wenn das alles läuft, läuft auch der Chip. Vielleicht kommt aber noch eine bessere Antwort zu dem Thema. In der Lage dir auf das Board Garantie zu geben bin ich sowieso nicht.
