Meine Hardware:

ACER Predator XB252Q
GTX 1050Ti
Intel X5650 @3.80GHz

Mein Monitor hat 240 HZ, ich habe bereits die Grafikeinstellungen im Spiel weitgehend runter gesetzt.
Über Windows selbst habe ich auch den 240HZ Mode eingestellt, nur kommt mir das ganze nicht mal annähernd wie 240Hz vor.

Irgendwelche Tipps?

Was für Tipps. Wenn der Monitor mit 240 Hz läuft, dann läuft er mit 240 Hz. Das hat mit den FPS im Spiel aber nichts zu tun. Wie viel FPS Du im Spiel hast, kannst Du dir via Steam anzeigen lassen.

Achso, ich dachte, Dein Rechner hieße so. Dann passt doch alles. Wenn Du ihn auf 240 Hz eingestellt hast.

Was hattest du denn vorher 144 oder 120 Hz oder noch nen ollen Schinken mit 60hz? Bin selbst von 144 auf 240hz umgestiegen und konnte eine Verbesserung erkennen. Allerdings gab's auch schon mates die bei mir waren und den unterschied nicht gesehen/gespürt haben. Du hast auch per DVI angeschlossen? Kommst du denn mit so einer Mühle überhaupt über 250fps ? nochmal ausgiebig testen, den FPS Modus ausprobieren und ggf proshop zurück schicken

Es schwankt zwischen 170 und 299FPS.
Nutze den beigelegten DisplayPort.

Just wonna post my recommending settings for this monitor:

GameVisual:

1) Racing Mode: This is the probably the most accurate mode , so this is what i use for desktop , racing , rpg and horror games thumb.gif

Brightness: 0-30% choose whatever you find more comfy for your eyes

Contrast: 50% you can play between 40-60% but i find the 50% already the best

Color temp: Normal , i tried to calibrate myself with the rgb values and ended with exact same result as normal XD So this is my to-go temp setting.


2) Rts/Rpg Mode : This is what i use exclusively for League of legends

Brightness: 25-35%

Contrast: 50%

Saturation: 55-60% I use 60% and colors get more vibrant as i would like on the very specific game but dont go more than 60% as they start to get too fake-oversaturated.

Color temp: Normal


3) Fps Mode: This is probably the most loved setting in this monitor , because this is why we buy this panel biggrin.gif

We have 2 choices here:

-The standard setting

Brightness: 35-60% I feel like we need more brightness for fps games , i usually use 50% , especially if the game has darker colors like Doom redface.gif

Contrast: 50%

Saturation: 50% we really dont want to make our fps games look like Walt Disney's palette for kido's tongue.gif

Color temp: Normal


-Go extreme or go play Tetris setting

Overdrive: Extreme

Brightness: 80-100%

Contrast: 10% Don't go more than that as you will start to get noticeable overshoot

Saturation: 50%

Color temp: Normal

This the fastest way to drive this monitor , Doom feels almost as clear as strobing/ulmb but keep in mind that black levels degrades , colors too and you get weaker Brightness on top compared to bottom due to the low contrast. This is only for the extreme guys!
