Adobe ifilter für Miniaturansicht in Windows7 64bit

hallo zusammen,

ich würde gerne den ifilter für windows7 64bit installieren:

kann allerdings nichts mit dieser installationsanleitung anfangen...

habe die dateien auf die festplatte installiert, was muss ich jetzt machen? den pfad ändern? aber wo und in welcher option?
