folgender Text aus unserem Englischbuch:
Die ganze Klasse streitet sich schon deswegen
David
Das sind doch nicht 128 bytes die da verwendet werden, sondern 128 Möglichkeiten, oder?Since there are over 256 different ways to combine 0 and 1 in a byte, using a standard code to represent the most
common characters makes sense. Most computers use the ASCII Code. The first 32 codes, for example, are reserved for such common keyboard functions as Tab and Return key. The ten digits, punctation marks, the letters of the alphabet and other common symbols are also represented by standard ASCII codes. Altogether, however, the code only uses 128 bytes to represent characters; the rest can be used for optional purposes.
