logitech z623 how many ohms is a subwoofer ?

I cannot answer the question, but for me the question would be: For what shall that be relevant?
Perhaps you have a misunderstanding... :)

The subwoofer uses its own power amplifier.
The impedance of a loudspeaker is relevant, if you connect a passive loudspeaker to an amplifier and you have to set the impedance or want to know if the amplifier is strong enough.
Normally the impedance of an active loudspeaker or subwoofers is not relevant?!

I'm guessing you are trying to find a spare part? - then you should be able to obtain the imformation on the chassis which is already in place. Or i'm completely on se holzweg...

@mafoe it's not - and most speakers are either 4 or 8 ohms.
In HiFi Forum i found someone who took the Z623 amp to power a selfmade Active Loudspeaker.
He uses 8 Ohm Chassis for the sub and 4 Ohm Chassis for the tweeters.

Hope that helps :)

To be sure ask Logitech support directly. The ohm value differs within different speakers and subs

Logitech z623 Subwoofer Repair / Replacement: Skar EVL 6.5

I replaced the stock 7" 8 ohm sub that was blown with a Skar EVL 6.5" dual 4 ohm sub wired in series to 8 ohms. It works well in this box size, but the mounting hole is a little big. Repair.

My old subwoofer speaker crashed and I need to find out how many ohms it had, then my multimeter doesn't show.

I was told in support that the impedance of the subwoofer and satellites is as follows:- Subwoofer: 4 Ohms- Satellites: 8 Ohms ,but the information on the Internet is different.

The support responded like this, but sambuffer is not listed there.

You're very spare giving infos. You want to repair the sub and replace the bass chassis, right? Does this really make sense for such a low price device, with costs 120 €? Wouldn't it be more efficient to buy a used sub für 50 € on Kleinanzeigen, or a new set?
