der soundtreiber ist da abgestürzt oder fehlerhaft (cmaudio) oder soundkarte defekt....

Treiber im abgesicherten Modus deinstallieren, neu starten und einen neuen Treiber (VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT) installieren für die Soundkarte.
