Need advise to buy a computer for Graphic Productions

Hi Guys,
I need someone to help me in buying a strong and robust computer for graphic productions. It must be strong enough to work with Adobe Premiere and After Effects CS6 and 3dsmax 2012 and other post production software. It can cost up to 1500 Euros. Is that possibe?
