Wieso übertakten die alle so wenig? Ich denke die geht locker bis 1200MHz?!

Demnach kommt die Karte auf einen GPU-Takt von 1000 MHz - im Referenzdesign sieht AMD 925 MHz vor. Den Speicher belässt Gigabyte bei 1375 MHz. Ähnlich macht es auch XFX mit seinen Black Editions und offenbar sind die gewählten 1000 MHz vorerst auch ein Limit der werksseitig übertakteten Karten.

Wieso übertakten die alle so wenig?

Müssen wohl noch langzeittests machen, um zu schauen was für auswirkungen auf die Lebenszeit die grösseren Übertaktungen haben.
Wenn sie voll erhöhen und die Karten schmieren reihenweise in der Garantiezeit ab haben sie ein Problem.

Da hab ich Gestern noch gesagt, es wäre schön wenn Gigabyte eine 7970 mit dem Windforce Kühler bestücken würde ^^ geht ja schnell hier mit den Wünschen.....was denk ich mir denn als nächstes aus

Hab die Karte gestern schon auf OBRs Blog gesehn und da macht er sich drüber lustig, dass sie durch den nicht übertakteten Speicher ausgebremst wird: Klick

war doch irgendwie klar das es nur blabla ist mit mega oc , man liest immer mehr das kein wunder oc drinne ist.

Ich denke das liegt aber zum Großteil an der noch nicht bersoders ausgereiften Fertigung.
