Problem beim installieren von Microsoft Framenetwork 3.0 (und höher)

Hallo miteinander,

wenn ich Microsoft FrameNetwork 3.0 oder höher installieren will (brauche ich für das neue GTA IV) dann bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Weiß jeman, wie ich das umgehen kann oder was das zu bedeuten hat...? Was mache ich falsch!?
