Seit einiger Zeit häufige Totalabstürze in Windows

Hallo,
ich hab bei meinem Pc seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass er, wenn ich z.B. im Netz surfe, oder irgendwas spiele, komplett abstürzt.Am Anfang wars nur sporadisch, in letzter Zeit immer häufiger. Laut dmp-Dateien ist es jedesmal ein andere Fehler IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, REFERENCE_BY_POINTER, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ...
Heute früh, hab ich dann beim Neustart, nach so einem Absturz, noch zusätzlich einen "CPU overvoltage error" bekommen und die CPU-Spannung war im Bios von 1,4 auf 1,7 gestiegen. Nachdem ich aus -und wieder angeschaltet hatte, war die Spannung zwar wieder normal, aber die Urzeit im Bios zurückgesetzt. Beim Versuch sie wieder einzustellen, ist dann das ganze Bios eingefroren. Danach hab ich mal einen CMOS-Reset gemacht und nun scheint im Bios wieder alles normal zu sein, aber die Totalabstürze in Windows sind immer noch vorhanden.
Ich hab schon mit Memtest und Prime nach Fehlern gesucht, aber keine gefunden. Übertaktet hab ich auch nicht und wenn es ein Treiberproblem in Windows wäre,denk ich mal, hätte er sich wohl nicht im Bios aufgehangen.


Die HW: Phenom II 955 BE, Asus M4A78T-E, Coolermaster Silent Pro M mit 600W, ATI 7850, 4 x 2GB G.Skill Ripjaws, Crucial M4 SSD + Seagate 500 GB HDD, Windows 7 64

Der PC ist, bis auf Grafikkarte und SSD von 2010.


Woran kanns liegen? Ich bin derzeit ratlos, höchstens ein Defekt vom Motherboard käme mir noch in den Sinn.

Das der PC mit einer overclocking Meldung nicht startet hatte ich häufiger, wenn die Bios-Batterie schwach wurde.
Hast du die CMOS schon einmal ausgetauscht?

Edit:Könntest du ein Foto von der Bluescreen-Meldung hochladen?
(wenn die Meldung zu schnell verschwindet: mit F8 beim Boot den Automatischen neustart deaktivieren)

Edit2: Könntest du den RAM testen z.B. mit einer Ubuntu-CD?

Den RAM hab ich mit Memtest86 und Prime95 schon getestet und keine Fehler gefunden. Ausgetauscht hab ich die CMOS-Batterie noch nicht, aber laut CPU-Z lagen da auch tatsächlich plötzlich 1,7 V an.

Bei den Abstürzen, werden nicht jedesmal dmp-Dateien erstellt, aber bei den letzten wird im Analyse-Programm whocrashed dies angegeben:

Mach mal ein Firmwareupdate der Crucial M4... Die veraltete Firmware verursacht gerne solche Probleme.
