XP SP2 Reboot beim Login

hallo zusammen,

ich habe ab und an das Problem, dass sich mein Rechner autom Neustartet. Entweder im Logon Fenster oder beim Laden des Userprofils.
Aber immer 2-3 min nach der Anzeige des XP Bootlogos.

Das EreignissProtokoll sagt:
"Der Computer ist nach einem schwerwiegenden Fehler neu gestartet. Der Fehlercode war: 0x1000007f (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Ein volles Abbild wurde gespeichert in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050607-01.dmp."
Leider sagt mir das nicht viel.
Hat jmd von Euch vielleicht eine Idee?

Zum System:
XP SP2 mit allen updates.
- C2D 6400
- Asus: P5B-E
- X-Fi Music
- Nv 7900GTX
- 2x 1024 MDT 800er speicher
- 500W Enermax NT

System ist NICHT übertaktet. Systemwerte im Grünen Bereich.

habe usb Maus und USB Cam von Logitech.

also ich hab mal alle updates die ich finden konnte installiert.
Daran lag es aber nicht :-( Problem trifft auch zu, wenn ich die USB Cam nicht angeschlossen habe.

Teste auch mal ob alle Karten richtig im Slot stecken, auch den Ram, dann noch Memtest laufen lassen um sicher zu gehen, das es nicht am Speicher liegt.
Stell auch mal ab, das der Rechner bei Fehlern neu startet, dann bekommst Du evtl mehr Infos zu sehen woran es liegen könnte (Hinweis auf Treiber). Wenn nix hilft, neu installieren, habe ich bei dem Fehler gestern auch gemacht und der Rechner läuft seitdem tadellos. Evtl bringt eine Reparaturinstallation Besserung.

ja neuinstallation ist kein Thema. hab ein Image. ist ne sache von 5 min.
aber der Fehler kommt immer wieder nach einiger zeit. daher wollte ich mal der Sache auf den Zahn fühlen.
Danke für die Links, aber die haben den falschen Fehlercode 8E :-) ich hab doch den 7f :-)
werde mal heute abend memtest machen und Karten überprüfen.

Die für meine Wenigkeit beste Seite für Stop-Codes ist hier.
Wenn Du dem Problem auf den Grund gehen willst (gemäß Deiner Worte ), lese Dir mal hier im Forum die Posts zur Dumpanalyse durch (Mini050607-01.dmp wurde bei Dir ins Filesystem geschrieben), auch auf Heise.de solltest Du eine Kurzanleitung dazu finden. Bei der Analyse wird eigentlich fast immer der letzte Prozess (mit den richtigen Commands) ausgegeben und man bekommt einen Hinweis, aus welcher Richtung der Crash kommt.

und den DDR2 im Dual Channel von Bank1 auf Bank 2 verschoben.
Problem trat jetzt nicht auf. werde heute abend mal den memtest machen.

Ich weis nicht ob es bei Dir nur an den fehlenden Symbolen liegt, aber hier findest Du Informationen rund um das Debugging, das Thema ist aber auch schon in PC Pro und c't abgehandelt worden und die Seiten habe ich in einem Hefter (der Profi bin ich da auch nicht ) im Zugriff.

ich habe eigentlich nichts mit Symbolpaketen gemacht. ich versteh immer noch nicht genau,
was diese Symbole sind :-(

Programmierer werden es sicher besser erklären können .... Die Symbol-Files enthalten Variablen-Namen und Informationen über globale Funktionen um die Deutung von Fehlern zu ermöglichen. Die Symbol-Dateien müssen auch zum Windows passen, deshalb stehen bei M$ auch verschiedenen Pakete zur Verfügung (SP1, SP2).

ok. ich denke ich habe es verstanden. Verstehen kann ich aber nicht, warum der wegen diesen Symbolen rummeckert. Habe letzen monat nichts an meinem System geändert. Bis auf MS Updates installiert....
Werde heue abend einfach mein system neu installieren :-)
ich denke das ist die unkomplizierteste Lösung.

Der 'meckert' weil Du sie offenbar nicht installiert hast, das sind etwa 150 - 200 MB die man zusätzlich zum XP von M$ herunterladen musst. Ein Fehler kann auch bei dem setzen der Variablen für den Pfad der Symbole passieren. Man kann es auch so einrichten, dass sie bei der Verwendung des Debuggers von der M$-Seite gezielt heruntergeladen werden. Die genaue Vorgehensweise ist aber auf den Seiten zu den Links beschrieben. Es ist eigentlich eine rel. simple Geschichte, die Auswertung erfordert dann schon etwas mehr.
Der Ahaltspunkt AVK bietet außerdem erst einmal mit der Deinstallation desselben zu beginnen ohne gleich alles neu machen zu müssen. Evtl. ist das AVK einfach nur 'kaputt' gegangen.

Ich kann in den beiden Minidumps kaum einen Unterschied ausmachen, nach meinem Verständnis liegt es im Bereich des AVK und wohl im Zusammenhang mit dem von diesem Kit installierten Treiber HookCentre.sys, dies ist sicher eine Komponente, die sich etwas tiefer ins System einhängt (Hook sagt hier schon alles). Bin allerdings nicht derjenige, der virtuose mit dem Debugger umgehen kann. Der Umstand, dass Symbole zum AVK vermisst werden,

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for HookCentre.sys
läßt jedenfalls die Vermutung (bei mir) zu, dass hier etwas schief laufen könnte.

Ich würde es mal mit der Deinstallation des AVK und einem freien AV-Tool versuchen / testen. Es macht auch keinen Sinn immer gleich alles neu zu installieren, mit einem Imager und dem rechtzeitigen anfertigen eines Systemabzuges (am besten mit dem reinen laufenden System ohne weitere Software) kann man zeitsparender arbeiten. Auch die Arbeit mit Hardware-Profilen wöre ein gangbarer Weg.

Sorry, hat bis zur Antwort leider etwas gedauert, aber ich war eine Weile im Krankenhaus.

gestern gab es ein update vom AVK 2007. seitdem habe ich das problem nicht mehr.
ich halte das aber noch unterkontrolle und werde bei erneutem erscheinen mal G-DATA kontaktieren.

nach einem Virenproblem habe ich mein System neu installiert.
leider hab ich nun wieder die selben probs.
