Die positive Entwicklung von Navi und Turing gegenüber Vega, Polaris und Pascal führt im neuen Testparcours dazu, dass die Radeon RX 5700 mit 8 Prozent mehr FPS und rund 11 Prozent besseren Frametimes jetzt sehr deutlich vor der Radeon RX Vega 64 liegt – und das bei im Durchschnitt nur knapp 180 statt 300 Watt Verbrauch. Damit erreicht sie schon das Leistungsniveau der Radeon VII.
Bei Nvidia liegen die GeForce RTX 2060 und die GeForce GTX 1080 als Founders Edition bei den FPS und Frametimes quasi gleichauf, vormals lag Pascal noch 5 Prozent bei den FPS und 10 Prozent bei den Frametimes vorne.
