Alternatives for 5inch display in Vw RNS310 radio

I want to customize my RNS310 Radio. I want to add a better touch-, and screen to it.

The default screen is a(information source Aliexpress.de): „L5F30705P03 5 "LCD Display with touchscreen digitizer for VW RNS310 RNS313 auto GPS“

(I know that this is not the exact same product i described but it looks the same and the connectors look the same aswell)

Do you have any recommendation for a >>HD<< panel i could use here?
Do you know what those 3 connectors are? What should i pay attention on?
Do you have a tip on how i could make the following possible:
I want to design my own interface and still keep the old one on a different display output. So how could i add something that works like an hdmi splitter or sth (without the need of hdmi of course i just dont know how to describe) to the panel or is that something that on my idk what this is.. motherboard will be happening?
Im kinda new to tech and just know about software.. this is my first hardware project and i need your help.

First of all: welcome to CB!
I don't think it is as straghtforward as you would hope. These displays use mostly proprietary standards for both hard- and software, and therefore I am not aware how any splitting of sorts would work.
There is also no way to design your own interface here; the only way I know of would be to use a receiver that has Android Auto capabilities, like the RCD330.
