Hey, also ich habe das RMA Formula ausgefüllt und hab heut ne Mail bekomm wo ein paar Schritte stehen, kann mir bitte einer sagen was ich da genau machn muss oder kann ich die Schritte auch überspringen?!

Please follow the next steps carefully:
1. Download the PXINFO program
(http://www.plextor.be/technicalservices/downloads/utilities.asp).
2. Run the program while the drive is connected, SAVE the result and attach
it to an email to rma@plextor.be with your RMA number in the subject. If
failing to do so, a digital fotograph of the label with the serial number is
an alternative.
3. After receiving this information a new unit will be dispatched to you by
a courier.
4. Normal turnaround time is 2-4 business days.
5. Keep the defective unit at your location. You may be requested to return
it later. If you do not receive this request within 2 weeks, the defective
unit can be destroyed at your end.
If you fail to send the PXINFO result or a digital photograph of the label,
contact Plextor RMA department by email: rma@plextor.be
