Hausanschluss Telekom, richtiger Kasten?

The Telekom technician is coming tomorrow to install the DSL line. I'm new to the apartment and the previous tenant used the TV connection instead of the telephone connection.

I know the technician needs two outlets.
1) the recipient at home. I know exactly where it is.
2) the receiver in the basement of the building.
Is one of these pictures the right box for the APL that the tech downstairs needs?

I would tap on picture number 3 (Telephone connection.jpeg) where the 8 cables come out and where the telecom receiver is in my hand. I would like confirmation from someone more knowledgeable.

Picture 3 "Telephone connection" is the box, the technician will need.
The socket you're holding in your hand is usually in the apartment. The Modem-Router connects to that 3-port socket.

Vielen Dank für deine Bestätigung und auch für deine Anregungen für das Bild mit dem Temperatursensor. Ich habe gerade die Abdeckung entfernt, um das Innere zu überprüfen, aber ich habe die Kabel nicht berührt.
