Nero Recode

Hi,


ich habe gestern mein Nero auf die aktuellste Version 6.6.0.8 (Nero Burning) bzw. 3.1.0.0 (Nero Vision Express) "geupdatet". Nun habe ich folgendes Problem:

Jedes mal, wenn ich Nero Recode starte erscheint der entsprechende Bildschirm zur Auswahl. Soweit alles normal. Wähle ich dann aber eine Option aus, stürzt das Programm ab und Dr.Watson meldet sich. Anschließend erscheint das Nero-Startfenster wieder. Alles andere funktioniert soweit normal. Ich hab keinen Plan woran das liegen könnte.

Evtl. hat jemand von euch das gleiche Problem.

selbst eine komplette deinstallation und neuinstallation 6.6.0.8 + 3.1.0.0 hat nichts gebracht. immer der gleiche fehler. -_- ... wird sich dabei wohl um einen bug handeln. :/

Am besten du machst eine Systemwiederherstellung von dem Datum bevor du Nero Instaliert hast!!

naja ... ich hab nero seit der 6er version immer geupdatet ... eine wiederherstellung wäre also nicht so prickelnd ... da könnt ich gleich neu installieren :/ ... ich habe es ja auch schon mit dem nero-clean tool probiert ... auch nix gebracht -_-

Gib mal bei Start / Ausführen / drwtsn32 ein.
Schaue nach deinem Pfad für die user.dmp unter den Pfad für Absturzbild.

Lade die mal als *.zip hoch.

Ich setze die dann in den Debugger und versuche vielleicht Einzelheiten herrauszufinden.

danke, dass Du dir das mal ansehen willst. In dem Auszug oben fehlen eigentlich nur die Zeilen mit dem Assemblercode. Ich weiss nicht was der bringen könnte ... zumal ich vermute, dass es sich um einen Programmbug handelt.

Im Anhang findest Du jedenfalls die gewünschte Datei.
