QNAP NAS immer mal wieder nicht funktionell

Hallo,

ich betreibe hier ein QNAP TS-421U als Backup-Ziel, u.a. für meinen Proxmox Backup Server. Ich schreibe auch die Backup Logs da drauf.

Es ist mir jetzt zum zweiten Mal passiert, dass Schreibvorgänge auf das NAS plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert haben. Auch die Weboberfläche war nicht mehr erreichbar. SSH ging noch, so konnte ich das Gerät beim ersten mal einfach rebooten, beim zweiten mal habe ich das Teil mit /etc/init.d/services.sh restart wiederbelebt, danach ging auch wieder alles.

Hat das jemand schon mal erlebt? Stirbt das Teil? Oder ist das irgendein Einstellungs-Ding?

Blöd, dass da so ziemlich gar nichts geloggt wird.

Wenn das weider auftritt und du kommst per ssh noch rein, dann log dich da ein und versuche mal eine Datei auf den Platten zu erzeugen (z. B. mit touch). Und dann mal schauen, was er für eine Fehlermeldung wirft. Wenn es keine gibt und die Datei angelegt wurde, dann scheint zumindest der Zugriff auf die Platten in Ordnung zu sein. Das wäre ein Pluspunkt!

Der Fehler muss dann im Webserver oder vielleicht auch Dateiserver liegen (ich weiß nicht, wie du darauf zugreifst). Aber erst mal testest du, ob der Festplattenzugriff weiterhin funktioniert.

Werde ich versuchen. Aber es liegt ja nahe, dass das gar nichts mit den Platten zu tun hat, wenn ein Neustart der Dienste den Zugriff wieder ermöglicht.

In dem Fall war es NFS. Was anderes habe ich auch nicht versucht. Nur dann festgestellt, dass auch das Webinterface nicht erreichbar war.

Im günstigsten Fall war es nur der Sonnenwind oder kosmische Strahlung, die bei dir in beiden Fällen ein Bit im RAM gekippt hat. Genau dafür gibt es ja ECC, was dein NAS, glaube ich, nicht hat.

Zwei Mal ist kein Mal. Wenn der jetzt stabil weiterläuft, sollte trotz allem alles paletti sein.
