Auto aus UK importieren?

Hi, meine Mutter will sich unbedingt nen Mitsubishi Outlander holen und hat jetzt einen unschlagbar günstigen (10k €) entdeckt. Im Durschnitt liegen die Preise für diesen Modell bei ca. 14k-16k €.

Hier mal die erste Mail von ihm:

Thank you for your interest in my car.
The car is in perfect condition, has no technical damage at all,never had an accident, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects.
I have worked in Germany for one year and I've purchased the car there.The car have german documents and will come with full service history. My company wanted me back home, so currently I'm in England (UK). I've brought the car home with me and it's now located in England.
I'm trying to sell it at this price because I don `t use it anymore (the steering wheel is on left side and it' very difficult for me to drive it), it `s a pity to keep such a car and not to use it.
I tried to sell the car in UK, but nobody want`s to buy a left side steering wheel car.
My car is already at one transport company from here, from UK.(I paid this company to take care about transaction).
We can have a deal if you are really interested to buy it.
The price is correct,it's not negotiable and it also includes the transport to your country.
Please write me back to discuss only if you are interested because I am tired of people that ask questions and are not interested at all.

Ich traue dem ganzen bloß nicht so recht, weil ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, das er auf ein paar Tausend € verzichtet, nur weil er die Karre in seinem Land nich losbekommt.

Ich hab ihn dann gefragt wie das geschäft ablaufen würde und das war seine Antwort:

I already signed a contract with the transport company and as mentioned before I paid all the taxes and I have no interested in loosing that kind of money.The car is ready to be shipped to any location.This is the only way and my only condition in this transaction.

Terms of the Transaction:
Here is how I want to go about delivery and payment for the car .

I will explain to you step by step how this will work :

1)First you have to send me your shipping information (your name and address).
2)After I receive your shipping info, I'll contact the transport company and give them your shipping details to start the transaction.
4)You will receive a notification from the transport company with all the transaction details and also with the invoice.
5)After that, you will have to make deposit payment to the transport company , as a guarantee .
( you must send a deposit of 30 % first and rest of the money 70% after the inspection time if you decide to buy the car)
6)The transport company will verify the payment, and if everything is in order, they will deliver the car to your address.
7)After you will receive the car and you will be completely satisfied with it, you will tell to the transport company your decision. You have 10 days to inspect it and take a decision.
If you don't keep it,they will refund your deposit in full without any charges from your side.
8)If by any reason, you will not be satisfied with the car, your deposit will be refunded to you and the car will be shipped back with no expense from your side.

I will not receive any payment until your agree to purchase the car.

NOTE:
SHIPPING TIME: 5- 7 DAYS.
The money will be sent to the Transport Company before you will receive the car and not to me. I repeat they will keep your money until you receive the car and the documents of the car. You will have an inspection period of 10 days. In this time you can check, test and inspect the car. If by any reason (the car has any hidden damage or it isn't like i describe it) you can reject the deal. In this case the transport company will refund your deposit in full and they will ship the car back on MY cost.
The car was verified by the transport company qualified automotive technician and the car have passed all the test with no problems.

Angenommen, wir überweisen die 3k € Anzahlung, woher weiß ich dass das Auto dann auch geliefert wird und der nich einfach nur das Geld einsacken will?
Da wäre ja die "Transport Company", aber das kann ja auch nur so eine Scheinfirma sein, gibts ja bei uns auch nich grade selten.

Was meint ihr dazu?

Ich verstehe es nicht. Wie kann man soetwas nur glauben bzw. überhaupt Gedanken darüber machen? wie naiv sind die Leute in diesem Land eigentlich?

Das ist Betrug und nichts anderes und war auch schon 100mal im Fernsehen.

Ich versteh auch nicht wie man jeden Müll der im Internet steht glauben kann.
Aber meiner Mum scheint da irgendwie das natürliche Misstrauen zu fehlen.

Ich hab mir schon gedacht das da was nicht in Ordnung ist, sonst hätte ich hier nicht nochmal gefragt.

Das hoffe ich auch, ich muss so oft die Erfahrung machen das gerade ältere Leute so naiv sind. Aber sollten die nicht schon mehr an Lebenserfahrung haben und nicht jeden Mist glauben? :-/

Meine Oma hat letztens an der Haustüre Töpfe für 200 Euro gekauft *lol*...naja...hat damit jetzt nicht soviel zu tun

warum sollte jemand ein Auto so Krass unter Marktwert Verkaufen
obwohl er auch noch zusätzliche Kosten durch den Transport hat?

Wäre das ein Seriöser Verkäufer, so hätte er auch noch einen "Risiko Aufschlag"
denn er muss ja auch damit Rechnen das ihr die Betrüger Seit.

würde das Auto nun 17-18.000€ Kosten, dann könnte man sagen: Joa wird schon passen.
Aber dann Kauft man auch gleich im Inland
