Hi

PowerMate Support for PCs

How do I configure the PowerMate in Windows?

The Configuration box contains some presets, but it's quite easy to create your own. Under Configuration, select Add Setting. Enter a name, use Browse to locate the desired program, then click OK to return to the main control panel. To configure an application, select it under Configuration and choose an action under User Action. Next select the Computer Action pop up and select a preset action or input your own. For example, select Single Click in the User box and Type Keystroke under Computer. Enter Keystroke will appear. Select that box, type in the desired key combination, click OK and you're done.

Whenever that application is the frontmost window (the active application), the PowerMate will perform the action you assigned it. Certain key combinations cannot be input directly at this time. This includes Alt+F4, Delete, Backspace, and others we may not even be aware of. This will be addressed in future versions of the PowerMate software.
