Habe mir ein neues Board+CPU+RAM zugelegt - alles andere beim alten. Das System sieht nun so aus:

Vista x64 SP2 alle Treiber aktuell und natürlich mit dem neuen PC auch neu aufgesetzt.
Problem nummer eins:
Entpacken egal ob mit Winrar, 7zip oder Speedkommander mit max 10MB/sec von Platte zu Platte (immer mit dem Befehl Entpacken - also keine Temp verschieberei) Defragmentiert is das alles und wenn ich Dateien so kopiere werden die mit 60 bis 90 MB/sec kopiert z.B. wenn ich die Archive so verschiebe. Es ist auch egal von welcher Platte zu welcher - es sind immer max 10MB/sec. Auf meinem "alten" C2Q 6600 mit Gigabyte DS3p hat der die selben Archive mit 60MB/sec entpackt...

IRQ lässt ja auf einen Treiberfehler schliessen - aber welcher treiber soll daran schuld sein das FF zum komplettabsturz führt. (Netzwerk vllt. ?)
Würde mich sehr über Hilfe von eurer Seite freuen
