BF:BC2 Punkbuster B Kick!

Hey,
bekomme immer ein PB Kick.
In der Kick Meldung steht was von:
"Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe heartbeats stopped." ?!?!

Ich habe schon PB neu installiert, Update gezogen und Firewall freigeben.
Hat nichts gebracht ... benutze Win7 32B

PnkBstrB.exe hat probleme aber wieso keine Ahnung.

Aber PnkBsrtB.exe ist aber auch wehrend des Spieles gestartet.



Ein Ticket habe ich geschrieben aber bisher keine Antwort!

ich kann das hier gerade nur so interpretieren, das du nicht die neuste version drauf hast. versuch mal PB mit der .exe im anhang zu updaten, hat bei mir auch geklappt. musst das spiel hinzufügen und check for update klicken, kriegste glaub ich hin ^^

Bist du Administrator ? Hast du die Benutzerkontensteuerung aus ? Hatte auch so ein ähnliches Problem, mit ausgeschalteter Benutzerkontensteuerung ging es dann.

Wieviele Threads für das selbe Problem müssen den noch erstellt werden? Das Problem haben einige:

Lies da mal durch und poste dein Problem in einem dieser Threads, dann bleibt's übersichtlich. Viele Lösungen wurden schon genannt. Teilweise konnte bisher noch nicht mal Evenbalance helfen. Aber wie gesagt, steht alles in diesen Threads...

Hast du ein Program drauf, was die Optik deines BS verändert ? Wenn ja, schmeis es runter.

die UAV abzuschalten und dann als admin im www surfen ist das dümmste was man tun kann...
damit BFBC2 mit PB läuft muss das spiel nicht als admin ausgeführt werden - bei mir jedenfalls nicht!
die install von pb muss aber als admin erfolgen weil PnkBstrA und PnkBstrB als dienste eingetragen werden

haben wir vielleicht an den diensten rumgespielt?

So habe es jetzt hingekommen Danke an alle die mir geholfen habe.
Ich habe "PnkBstrB.exe" aus der Kompletten Überprüfung von meiner Firewall
raus genommen und kann jetzt ohne Kicks spielen.

welche firewall verwendest du denn? die windows-eigene?

ich gehöre jedenfalls auch zu denen, die schlauerweise den windows-kram deaktivieren und deswegen zum glück wie nie probleme haben
uac, die fw und das dumme wartungscenter ist für bobs

Nee die von Windows nicht, ich benutze die von Eset.
Eset Smart Security in den Firewall Einstellungen gibt es
den Punkt "Modifikation von Anwendungen" und dort kann
man Programme/Anwendungen aus der Überprüfung
herausnehmen.

punkbuster kommt sehr gut mit der UAC zurecht.

punkbuster downloaden, unter c:\program files (x86) den ordner punkbuster erstellen und die .exe reinkopieren und installieren, danach updaten und evtl games hinzufügen.
dann biste net auf die installation durch die spiele selbst angewiesen.

UAC sollte man nicht aussschalten, alles andere ist gefährliches halbwissen.
und im unternehmen erst recht nicht oder habt ihr euren job bei der evaluierung von vista/7 und eingesetzter software nicht gemacht? ^^ für ausnahmen eher mal den schlafenden entwicklern auf die füsse treten oder gpos erstellen.

also wo soll da der schutz sein?

kaum sinnvoller, als defender & co.

generell empfehle ich anderen aber sie an zu lassen...mir selber jedoch nicht.

das ist erstmal alles für die bobs, die das system gleich am anfang sicher haben müssen. z.b. pc-anfänger.

Habe genau das gleiche Problem. Die erste Woche konnt ich problemlos spielen und dann fing es an mit den Kicks Man, hab echt keine Ahnung was ich noch machen soll...

also es klingt ganz klar immernoch nach firewall-problemen.

hast du in den diensten von windows die firewall deaktiviert?

Users that are getting kicked for "Service Communication Failure" (including the handshake failure type) have some other software that is blocking the PunkBuster services.

Some users have previously disabled the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBsrtB.exe services in the past, and these services are now mandatory.

If the services are stopped/disabled, then PB will kick from this point forward.

Sometimes it is an anti-virus program (like an old version of McAfee Security Center), sometimes it is a personal firewall that are blocking the services. Any user who is getting kicked for this will have to stop whatever is blocking PB or configure the program to allow the two services.

The below link is a tool provided by PunkBuster that will help users who need to reinstall the services:

If the above PBSVC program does not pass all the tests, please ensure that any installed firewalls or other programs are not blocking the PnkBstrA/B services.

....wirklich keine gute Idee

UAC ist imo wenig sinnvoll und in Relation zum mental verursachten Stress nicht haltbar. Mach mal den "pb"-Ordner im BC2 Verzeichnis komplett leer und starte das PB setub nochmal und machn Update.

Jepp, UAC ist viel zu nervig. Der beste Schutz ist immer noch HIRN.
