Razer Lachesis Insatllationsprobleme Win xp x 64

Bei der Installation meiner neun Razer Lachesis auf WIN XP X64 kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
Die Datei 'hidusb.sys' von Windows XP Professional x64 Edition CD-Rom wird benötigt ... bla bla bla... Datei kopieren von ...
Ok hab die CD eingelegt, find die Datei aber nicht...

Hatte das selbe Problem bei der Installation des Druckers ... da hab ich die usbscan.sys bis heute nicht gefunden.

Sind Deine Chipsatztreiber richtig installiert, oder sind nur die Standardtreiber von WIN XP drauf?

Dann passt was mit Deinen Win-Treibern nicht! Vielleicht hilft Dir das hier weiter:

nein hilft gar nicht... weil es die datei dort nicht zum downloaden gibt ....
i hab die datei nicht auf der festplatte.. und auf meiner win xp x64 cd is auch nicht oben...
--> wo kann ich sie downloaden???

Versuche mal folgendes:

Gehe zu: C:\Windows\inf suche dort die usb.inf und mache einen Rechtsklick darauf. Im Kontextmenü dann "Installieren" anklicken. Das System müsste sich dann, wenn Treiber fehlen sollten, oder die installation versemmelt ist, die nötigen Daten von der XP-CD ziehen und installieren.
Die Treiber findest Du sonst nicht auf der CD!

Nein, die usb.inf! Eventuell steht nur usb dort! Der Pfad ist C:\Windows\inf
In diesem Ordner ist auch die besagte Datei
